Outside dining. This food truck is a must try. Pastor is a particular way of cooking meat, and Al Pastor Tacos does this in an extremely wonderful way.

Let's face it, Hawaii is not a cheap place to eat or live. The quality of food is prepared at a very high level. The folks here have perfected their craft and deliver tasty treats.

A must try, if you are visiting. A continued taste for Taco Tuesday. Tell them you are giving them a try because of a SPED teacher who lives nearby.

Nice friendly people. Pretty good tacos. The fish was mahi and cooked decently. Especially for the price was pretty good. Cause most places that’s just the pride for two tacos. Here you also got beans and rice and a lil guacamole. I’d definitely go back & recommend.

How can I provide an honest and well-balanced review without sounding completely ignorant? It is a taco food truck on Kauai- it is pretty decent considering its location and target market- tourists. The fish tacos were missing flavor, steak tacos lacked “taconess” and let’s just say rice and beans were average at best. The lady at the front was extremely friendly and polite though!

Good tasting fresh fish tacos at good prices for the proportions given! Small complaint, wish it was a bit more spicier to my liking, had there been some hot sauces in the side this would be a five star rating easily. Worth a try if you're in the vicinity.

Got the fresh Mahi Mahi Tacos and the wife got garlic shrimp tacos, pretty good! However the guacamole was the star of the show, some of the best guac I’ve ever had!

The Ahi Tuna fish tacos were GREAT. I don't like tuna or sushi/sashimi. However, while I was deciding what other thing to order, the owner assured me that many people had told her that they don't like tuna but liked her fish tacos. She said it was because they were so fresh. She'd purchased them at the market that morning.

The fish was indeed delicious. It wasn't fishy at all. It was freshly grilled and came in two small corn tortillas, which nearly tasted homemade. The rice was also delicious.

The taco truck is in a permanent location and is easy to spot form the road thanks to the painted surfboard sign. There are a few other food trucks in the same spot, and each truck has its own covered picnic tables and trash cans.
