Inside the lobby of Honua Kai resort.
Well-rounded store with coffee service. Gets busy, but decent job of moving things along. Good essentials selection - coffee filters, contact solution, etc. probably the best/most ocean friendly sunscreen offerings of any of the local stores.

Convenient, but lacked availability of fresh fruit, salads and breakfast staples. We stayed at the Honua Kai and were excited to have this at the resort, but many times I had to venture out because they didn't have what we were looking for (watermelon chunks, salads, bacon). It's also alot more expensive than an ABC Store.

Selection of stuff is fantastic. They have diapers and wipes (Huggies size 3&4) and swim diapers. Sugar cubes, pancake mix, alcohol. Lacking cases of bottled water but generally had what we needed.

They can’t (or won’t) do multiple flavors for smoothies. The workers are very far from friendly. Mostly rude honestly. No smiles ever. One lady ignored my ask for a cup when my kids ice cream from their freezer was broken and falling. I ended up paying for another $6 ice cream cone.

Clean and well stocked for daily groceries. We preferred Whaler's over Safeway for quick grabs. The price for drinks (beer, wine, rum) is way more competitive than liquor stores and the fresh Poke bar at the deli is awesome for a quick lunch for the beach or pool.
