I deal with the waipahu office but this review can be applied to them all. The workers are extremely lazy and unprofessional. I seen them yell and be rude towards old people. If workers are to be replaced with AI please let it be state offices like this. They are well under qualified and im sure most of them get ebt too. I have yet to make a complaint to the govonor and I will be doing that I'm thinking of even going to the news station because I have information on workers working from home who aren't actually working and will come in on Saturdays to do overtime. All offices need to be investigated for fraud.

Tried calling, i was made to wait until someone came on the line. They said hello, once, and then hung up on me. I tried requesting a call back, they called back and didn't say anything to me when i said Hello, they just hung up on me again. It's frustrating that u cant pick which processing center to go to (it depends on where u live which center you need to go to) because these "employees" won't get any better at their jobs and they'll continue to believe their own inflated importance.

Extremely frustrated with the constant lack of empathy from these people. They will scheme their way around not getting you your benefits by refusing to pick up the phone, sending letters with very little notice of cancelling benefits, and refusing to let you book a time to see your case

They will do everything in their power to make things as difficult as possible for you to receive the benefits that you deserve. Even after you get approved. The fact that I can call for hours on end and be waiting for LITERALLY TWO HOURS ( see image for proof ) is abysmal. Hire staff who care. The staff there are people who play with others suffering and lives. Hopefully notifying the state will do something about this.

Very confused and disappointed. I submitted an application, allowed the 15 business days for it to be processed, but I called on the 13th business day to know the status on my case. I understand that they’re short staffed and are working hard to keep up with many applicants so I just waited a few more days. What frustrates me is I never received a call, voicemail or a letter giving me a scheduled date and time to call them- I’ve been on standby checking my phone and voicemail regularly and have been calling them everyday. 22 days later after I submitted my application I got a letter saying I was denied because I “failed to show up for a scheduled interview on , 00, 0000.” they didn’t even have a date it was just left blank? Also, now I have to reapply. I’ve called multiple times throughout the day during the call center business hours (8:30am-3:30pm). Every time I call the inbox is full and it hangs you up or you’re on hold waiting from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and if you’re lucky enough it’ll let you leave a message otherwise after being on hold it’ll say the voicemail is full and is not accepting any new messages. I’ve left several voicemails and I even had to email the office and still no one has contacted me.

They are horrible service.. not answering any questions but telling you to call the phone number on the letter which as I typing this. I also calling that phone number and it been 38mins 35 second on hold.. why can the state reflecting what people really need instead of wasting tax payer money to build the train system which no one using it.
