No customers in office an hour before closing and still can't answer a simple question for guidance. "Must put a crm through your unit s1" my unit doesn't know the answer which is why I stopped by in the first place. Thanks 🙂

I've been literally just trying get my mission entitlements and my clothing allowance for almost a year but they keep kicking it back not really saying why. Then it's finally gets approved last month and I still haven't gotten paid but when I call to see I get told two different things it's ridiculous I just want my money. Schofield finance is by the worst army I've dealt with in my 11 years of service.

Worst ever. Sad when S1 tells them what to do, they don't listen, then get mad, and lie to your command, then the level above them confirms that the finance office was wrong. The civilians SUCK. the NCOs SUCK. Two different times it took over 6 months to get my pay fixed. The first time, after waiting six months after submitting paperwork, literally had to sit with an NCO to ensure the paperwork actually got submitted since he was ignoring emails for months. Most incompetent office in the Army. I wish no stars was an option. Oh, and the civilians are Rude A.F.

That big back lady who deals with out processing needs to be fired. She said she put in a cms case when she never did. Now I’m not getting the money I’m owed because she decided to screw around. All these people at this finance department needs to be fired.

Absolutely the worst finance department i’ve ever dealt with. They owe me about 25k dollars and still refuse to pay. I had a years worth of backpay owed for language pay as well as approved leave for 60 days plus I sold back several days above the approved 60 days and still have not received any of it.

Tried about four different phone numbers, calling each number five to six times... no answer, just keeps ringing. Left an ice complaint and got a call back providing me with two more phone numbers to try and big surprise, they just ring too. If there was an office where we should be hiring incompetent civilians, finance should NOT be it.

Literally worthless. Nobody knows how to do their job. Kick packets back multiple times because they can’t give a definitive checklist as to what they need from you documentation wise for your situation. People on their phones most the time and absolutely rude when they have to do their jobs for once.

Every time I’ve come here service is fast and I get answers. S1 is always the trouble not this place.
If need any assistance with finance questions come here. Mrs. Mercedes and the entire military crew there are knowledgeable and will assist to the best of their abilities.
