If you ever come across a lady name “Coreen” she’s was a very RUDE lady. It seems like she didn’t like her job. I called to ask a simple question, mind you I was very nice on the phone. I asked if they were selling papayas and when are the papaya seasons? and she rudely told me “if you can tell me when the season will change then I can give you an answer!” If you don’t like your job or answering phone then quit or find someone else position so they can take your place and not be so rude!

Rock 2.

There is a Front Representative there named Ma Bernadette Cauinian who has a great attitude and always takes the time to make sure my order's are correct and fixes my own mistakes that I didn't notice, saving me costly time and return trip's. I am always impressed by her professionalism, patience, kindness, and ability to multitask under stress. Her character really showed when I saw her communicating and assisting someone who had a hard time communicating in english. She was able to get all the thing's the person needed smoothly, accurately, and the rest of the group in-line in a timely, efficient, and polite manner while simultaneously answering the phone lines which was ringing off the hook, entering information into her computer, and assisting her coworkers. A healthy business to business relationship always starts with the most basic of thing's: Treating other's as you want to be Treated which is Respect and Kindness.
