We saw the beans drying in the sun and then the curing process! It takes 8 months! I greatly enjoyed the tour. Roland was generous in sharing his knowledge about all of the plants on his farm along with the intricacies of vanilla production. All very interesting. Beautiful little tropical farm! It was a treat from beginning to end.

This was a cool vanilla tour, it’s a cute little homestead farm. Roland was super nice and knowledgeable, his yard is #gardengoals . We bought home made chocolate, vanilla extract and some beans!

This is a wonderful property which is well kept and has a wide variety of plants. They do give tours and tastings and are run by professional and friendly folks. They are always improving their products and their property and it is a wonderful experience to take a tour.
