The overpriced tree was fine but nearly returned it after the twine experience (11/29/24). Do NOT let the two guys (one guy in a blue face mask) tie your tree to your car. Him and the other guy in tan hoodie have no idea what they were doing. They bled all over our car and the twine was completely loose. Thankfully a younger teenage-ish guy was able to help fix it. Would never come back.

The WORST tree ever!!!! Way overpriced and all the needles are falling off in handfuls 3 days after we put it up:( So disappointed.

The ABSOLUTE RUDEST person answered the phone when I called in to inquire about a Christmas tree delivery. I am a corporate concierge who had a client in need of a tree delivery in NJ. I was hung up on when I paused to look up an answer to a question the person who answered the phone asked about the address. I called back with the answer, and then he asked what size tree I needed, when I told him he said " we don't deliver that size" and hung up again. Then I called back to asked what size could they deliver and he replied " Ma'am, please just leave me alone" and hung up AGAIN! I would have given zero stars if I could. Ebenezer Scrooge should not be the receptionist at a Christmas tree farm it is oxymoronic or maybe he is just a moron!
