Healthy verified. This place gets 11/10 from me. The only place in Hoboken that cooks non-greasy, low salt, and ACTUALLY HEALTHY! Wow. I could not have cooked the steak, potatos, and asparsgus better myself. This is what a gym girl/bro should be eating after a workout.

Shout out to souza fit for making a Medium rare burger close to well and dryer than whoopin coughss The menu is super dope, really detailed and I love the fact that you can see the stats of your meal like boxing games. The shrimp tacos were the best part of the meal and yet I am STILL not full. Get regular fries.

As a Brazilian, I can say that this is the real Brazilian açaí bowl. If I crave it, I know where to go! It tastes just like the Brazilian original one. Thank you Souzafit, for being truthful to our delicious açaí taste. 100%!!!! Also, amazing customer service.

I really like Souzafit for their meal plan. They have a pretty good variety and the macros in their meals really help me stay on track with my goals. There is a decent variety and they taste great. Biggest win is that they actually fill me up, to the point where there are times I need to force myself to finish the meal, and I don't feel like I'm settling with my meals. However, their meal plans are the same and don't change, so the initial variety starts to get repetitive after a few weeks. The food can perish pretty quickly so I recommend putting some in the fridge and the rest in the freezer or else they will have an off taste at the end of the week. Luckily, anytime I've had a problem or question they have been very helpful and quick to respond. I went off of Souzafit for a bit to take a break and came back because it's still better than any other meal plan I've had.
