I have my receipt with this ladies name on it and her name is Naty 😊🙂 you would think this review would be lovely but it's not! This woman threw my groceries as she was scanning. I'm looking at her like damn woman can you be more gentle? She then charges me and hands the receipt like if I had some type of contagious disease. The funniest part is I needed an extra bag I asked her she ignored me and took care of the next lady "her friend" im trying to grab and bag my stuff but I did need the extra bag and I told her I would like to buy a bag please...then she proceeded to tell her "friend" in Spanish that "yo no quiero peliar con ella" lmao I understood her and to her surprise I spoke back to her in Spanish. Long story short city have some nasty EXTREMELY NASTY EMPLOYEES IF NOT THEY ARE FRESH AND FLIRTATIOUS WHICH IS A DAMN NO NO!!!! The employees need to be trained when it comes to saying nice things and taking care of their customers correctly. They are on some childish level I'm sure the manager is to because "you are what you hire"

This supermarket deserves zero stars for the fact that they do discriminate. They sell old outdated food. For an outrageous price. Then they get upset when you have to bring back the product to get it exchanged or returned. When you ask the workers that are in the aisle for help they give you attitude. Management always has an attitude when they have to change the prices at the register because they put one price on the tags and the aisles and when you go to the register the product is scanning a different price the supermarket is overly expensive. And stay away from the produce department their fruits go bad within 24 hours of buying it.

Took back bad chicken for the second time from here, after purchasing the day prior. The female manager there was rude and told me she wasn’t exchanging it without the receipt. The packaging clearly has your store name and the date the chicken is supposedly good until, which said 3/21. I explained to her I didn’t have it because I didn’t think I was going to have to bring back anything for it being rotten. She went to the office and had me stand there for her to come back and say she’ll do it this time, but next time I need a receipt…like huh!! How about stop selling your customers bad meat and be a bit more apologetic because had I served this to my family and we all got sick, we’d have a bigger issue.

I don’t know where to begin. Well first, let’s start with the fact that I bought onions from them on the 14th of November and literally no more than a week later my onions were bad. Onions have a shelf life of 2 to 3 months, the fact that they went bad within a week just tells me that they sell bad produce. Then my avocados were already brown and spotted when I opened them on the first day, it was disgusting 🤮 🤢. I froze my chicken legs the same day I got them, about a week later I took them out of the freezer and I left them in the fridge to thaw out for about two days and when I got home from work I noticed a funky smell that was stinking up the entire fridge. I said to myself “There’s no way the chicken is bad too,” but low and behold it was. I went back to the supermarket today to return the onions and the chicken which was the least of all the other things that were bad, and they were just really nonchalant about the things I brought to their attention. They refunded me my money, but also threw in there that “Next time I have to return the items within 7 days for a refund.” Luckily for me, there won’t be a next time. I will be making a report on this supermarket, I’m new to the neighborhood and received feedback from people who have been there for a while that this was a bad supermarket. I guess I had to see it to believe it.

I shop here on a regular basis, there are certain items I purchase, and most times wait for them to go on sale so I can buy extra. I find the store to be well stocked and the cashiers friendly, checking the circular ahead of time makes shopping more efficient.
