They loaded my trailer with warm cheese and my delivery was 1.5 hours away. The load remained warm because 40000 lbs of cheese is not going to cool down in 1.5 hours of transit. The load was rejected because of the product temperature and not the trailer temperature and I had to bring the load back to the shipper. The managers acted rude and tried to have me give a recorded statement like they were police even though the explanation was written on the BOL. When I refused to be interrogated they started acting hostile towards me and blame me for the load being rejected even though one of the warehouse workers told me that this situation had happened before and it was the fault of the shipper for loading warm product. Be careful when coming here, make sure you document everything

Worst place to pick up l, and I pickup in a lot of places
. With appointment you’re stuff will not be ready, and can wait for a few pallets a couple of hours, happens always, no matter if you call before

this is worst place to deliver. Always backed up and no room for freight.. You have sit out until they make room. I do not understand if you schedule trucks for deliver how you not have room for products

Purchased cheese (natural & kosher pizza cheese) and discovered a piece of long piece of hair on the bottom piece. And after discussing it with my sister, she told me she found worms in their cheese and they never replied to her. Just nasty.

Their Chef's Pizza Blend cheese turned moldy. The Sell-by date was April 12, 2021. It was moldy on 12/22/2020.
