Loading took a really long time. My appointment was supposed to be at 6pm on 10/31. I get there and they tell me they rescheduled it for the next day 9am. Horrible. No communication on this prior, no notice sent to my dispatch, no apologies when I arrived, just come back tomorrow. I come back at 9am the next day and they didn’t even start loading until 5:08pm... I pulled up at 8:50am and there was not a single car / person in the building or the parking lot. Employees started pulling in around 9:15am. How are you scheduling appointments when you aren’t even here? After finally checking in I got tired of waiting so I left and came back. I was able to go to the nearby love’s to shower and get food while waiting and they still weren’t ready for me by the time I returned so I sat some more and watched 4 movies. I went to ask for a status update in the office after the 4th hour and the woman was so rude. “We’ll call you when we are ready for you” duh I know that I’m just wondering what’s taking so long. But no explanation was given. I understand delays happen but that’s when you provide proper communication. Finally got a door and it took them another 2 hours to load me. Not happy with the service at all. Too slow and the workers there are not friendly or professional. It’s the start of your shift and it’s not that early in the morning, your staff should be in a way better mood when you talk to people. If anything I should be the one with an attitude. But instead I returned their curt rude responses with a pleasant smile, thank you’s, took my paperwork and left after 10 and a half hours. I don’t get paid to sit around and wait. I’m now set back a whole day behind for my delivery so I’ll be late and have to pay a fee. Weighed my truck and it’s 1300 pounds over so I had to go back again and wait for them to unload some. At least that process was quick. I won’t be accepting another load from this place again.

I have picked up produce here many times. Checking in is pretty easy and you normally get a door pretty fast. You wait on the dock as they load you and they do it quick.

Check in on your phone standby the window they will give you paper whether be this building or the building across the street. They will call you on the phone when your door is ready they do have truckers restroom and it is clean.

It might be called Farmers best but man it's drivers worst nightmare! Absolute shambles 🙁 Waiting time averages over 6-8 hours after you check in. Customer service, I don't think these guys know anything like that :(. A very bad experience and let's hope this is the last for me 🙁 Poor, poor management 🙁

I load here most Fridays and I usually have multiple picks. These guys are always the fastest. I never have a problem loading here

Huge place for parking and maneuvers. Overnight parking available. If product is ready loading takes 20-30 minutes. Mine took 15 to 20 minutes for 24 pallets.
