We’ve recently relocated to Jersey City this year and have walked past this organic market several times so today I went by to check them out and to grab a seeded watermelon, a coconut and seeded grapes. They did not have seeded watermelons or grapes so I settled on a coconut only to get it home to find it’s molded.

So much for trying to support a small business. I purchased a packet of tomatoes and every single one of them was moldy. I returned to the store the following morning and they refused to let me exchange the product. Rude manager and unacceptable customer service. I’ll never shop there again.

Went here during lunch for a "chipotle bowl". The hot food bar is right next to the door that's kept open year-round. Not sure why my food was unusually served in a plastic salad bowl but by the time I ate it less than 3 minutes later it was cold. Thankfully my office has a microwave or I would have had a very disappointing meal.

Just about the best small deli we’ve ever found. We were staying across the road and couldn’t quite believe our luck when we found this place. The whole front is a huge stack of gorgeous fresh fruit and veg, which look and smell amazing. If you happen to pass by with no intention of eating, it’s very hard not to stop and buy something once your senses get involved. Inside there’s all the groceries you could need and a deli area where they sell freshly cooked chicken and fish and all manner of lovely hot food.

I bought brie cheese there once. Thought it would be the perfect market to go to since I live close by. Will never go again. The cheese cost the same if not more than wholefoods. When I opened it it was looking yellow wich it very much not normal. When I tasted it and it was clearly not eatable or I would get sick. I had to throw the whole thing away.

Deli and a supermarket you can find everything from fruit to on the spot sandwiches. They sell the fruit in a very good price.

This place has a lot of choices, but I actually ate in the falafel station which is in side of Oliva Organic.
Best falafel ever!
I don’t have a picture of the falafel because I ate it so fast…

Fantastic local deli serving everything from salad bowls, wraps, fresh vegetables and fruit, bakery products, coffee and fresh juices plus a loaf of dried goods and groceries. We stayed in Jersey City for a week and did most of our food shopping here. Friendly staff, opens early and late closing. Why can't we have an Oliva in our neighbourhood
