At 6 am I got to the dock and they still haven't unloaded it, it's been 9 hours already, it's a terrible place, they are unpacking all the pallets and counting them

I had 12 pallets total. My appointment time was 10:30 AM. Got here around 10 AM. Got a door around 11 AM. I have been sitting here for 4 hours and was completely unloaded 3 hours ago. The unloading service said they would call me when I was done. when I realized I was unloaded (approximately 2 1/2 hours ago) I went to the unloading service to get my paperwork and they said I wasn’t done being unloaded yet which was a lie, and then told me I would have to wait at least an hour or more past that point, the unloading service is completely unprofessional and lazy. They charged me $125 lumper fee for 12 pallets. All they do is lay around and do nothing once you’re unloaded while also holding your paperwork hostage so you can’t go. Still waiting…

You can check in early, around 5.30am. But you may spend here 5+ hours to get unloaded. They are very slow. After you get unloaded you will wait another 1-2 hours to get your paperwork. Overnight parking available

Had a 8am appointment! After waiting several hours along with several other trucks, I walked onto the floor and discovered the unloader laying down watching his phone! This was 6 hours into waiting!!!

DO NOT COME FOR UNLOADING , they work only with appoinment and have lumper fee after unloading. But after unloading they checking product 3 to 5 hours

Terriable place. We had an appointment at 7:30am. Checked in by 7am it is already 3pm and still at the dock. Avoid delivering to this place!
