You’ll find roses, peonies and iris in spring with a fantastic perennial garden that blooms all season! The big trees of the Arboretum are a delight with early blooms and cool shade later on. Ample parking and public restrooms make this an easy visit for anyone.

I really like to walk around these gardens and the property surrounding the gardens. Wonderful mature trees provide shade in the summer and beautiful color in the fall. You can also walk on the nearby canal path. Plenty of parking, benches and restrooms are available. I love the rose garden but note that this is open only during certain hours. Check their website before visiting. I really do not like the new fountain but I posted a picture of it anyway.

This is a great park and is extremely well maintained. There is a park that displays many variations of flowers and a gazebo that is a favorite for weddings. They also have a section for interesting varieties of trees. There is a rose garden section as well

Surprised this place has such few reviews! This is a gem of a place with walking trails and a flower garden!
It is free to come to and very scenic. An amazing place to take photos and learn about flowers.

Pretty rose garden and a lovely park 🙂 Not a ton of tree cover in some areas so bring sunscreen! Saw a wide variety of beautiful birds.
