This DISGUSTING employee was sitting on the counter top next to a pretzel platter with one hand holding his dirty shoe and with his other hand he was scratching his toes through his disgusting stained sock. Me and my wife made a 180 out of that place, I will make sure to let my family and friends know to stay away from this unsanitary place.

Sorry, did not get names but the employees working there 2/17 around 12:30PM were the nicest, most accommodating group! Pretzels are always a huge hit at get together and the employees make it even better! Thank you for everything!

So let me start by saying we were extremely happy when we found this location! The one I had tried originally in Atlantic City was shut down and I was devastated! Then we traveled to matamoras Pa and that was closed. So we travel around PA and NJ when we are craving these pretzels. When I first started going here I met a nice guy, I think the owner, he was very pleasant and friendly. Happy that you’re coming to his business. The last few times we have gone there we haven’t seen him. Granted I’m sure he needs a break but sadly
The rest of the staff in that place needs micromanagement apparently. I went two weeks ago. 8/19/23. The service was awful. There was a girl and two guys. The girl could barely be bothered to stand up out of her chair and get off her phone to help my friend and I. When she finished helping me, completely annoyed, she immediately went back to her seat and sat down on her phone. My friend expressed her want for some pretzels separately but it was ignored. We stood there like idiots for a bit before one of the guys mentioned to her that “they are still standing there.” She came over once again with the attitude like we were inconveniencing her and asked what we were waiting for? So my friend asks if there are more pretzels and the guys said not for 10mins. So my friend bought what was left. No “thanks have a nice day” nothing. Just went right back to sitting.
Yesterday I went back and the guy who helped me had just came in bc I was behind him in the parking lot. He was friendly and helpful. I asked if they had more pretzels coming out and he asked the guys behind him and they told him no. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to wait. So I took what was left which was 9. The two behind the guy helping me seemed to be just goofing off. Why aren’t there any pretzels consistently coming out? So I paid for the 9 and was charged more than it costs for 10. I asked the computer for a receipt but didn’t get one. Especially bc last time I was there the chick made a huge deal about scanning the loyalty card. So I also didn’t get the points for the loyalty. So I was. Hoping with a physical receipt I could add the points later. Sadly this place is a hit and miss with the staffing which deters us from coming. It’s uneasy going into a business and feeling like you’re inconveniencing someone by asking them to do what they’re paid to do. I hope one opens closer to me.

The store in wayne...the pretzels are very good as is the cheese sauce. But the staff was not happy or pleasant. Felt as though I was bothering them to place my order

The pretzels are consistently delicious, the staff is kind and extremely competent, and the store is always quite clean. I've noticed the staff taking COVID cautious, which I can certainly appreciate in these troubled times.

I think it's just so quaint how the staff shapes pretzels for the specific holiday. I was able to surprise my family with a pretzel wreath that they ADORED.

Consistently great staff, kind management, and delicious products. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very disappointed with my pretzel tray order. The tray was half of what I usually get. They raised the prices but lowered the amount 😡

I've been in here a few times. They brought their A game in customer service, and their pretzels are delicious! My little one wanted cinnamon pretzels but there was a wait for them. We decided to wait, and they gave us a free order for waiting. They are also very friendly, and helpful! Congrats on this store opening...I think you'll be around for a long time!

I’d rather eat the frozen ones from the supermarket. The pretzels they gave me seemed almost stale, they weren’t even warm. The cinnamon ones my husband got were warm, not bad tasting. Would rather take a ride to wetzels pretzels if I want a hot pretzel. This location didn’t even have everything on the menu. Really disappointed.
