I’ve sourced a wide variety of cuts from here—from tender filet mignons and prime ribeye to beautifully prepared veal loin chops, frenched lamb racks, and even dry-aged tomahawk steaks. Every single cut has been expertly prepared, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor.

Recently, I ordered for a BBQ gathering and included some of their best cuts: filet mignons, frenched lamb racks, and boneless chicken thighs. The meats cooked perfectly, and the flavors spoke for themselves—tender, juicy, and unforgettable. I also tried their lamb shanks, veal chops, and ground beef, and the quality truly stood out in every dish, from hearty stews to delicate grill preparations.

Beyond their incredible beef and lamb, their boneless chicken breast was ideal for fried chicken, and their chicken wings were perfect for grilling. They even offer harder-to-find options like lamb breast for grilling and Bresaola, which added a unique and upscale touch to my meals.
