Terrible quality control, awful customer service. We ordered (28) bone in, smoked hams to give our employees for Christmas. Bait and switch because what they gave us was compressed DELI MEAT!!!! Then they won’t make it right except in a way that works best ONLY for THEM 👍. Avoid. When I asked for compensation their response was “what do you want me to do, take $100 out of my own pocket?” No I expect your company to fix a mistake and leave a customer feeling satisfied.

If you are driving a 53ft trailer , this place will test your nerves. The trailer docks are on Madison ave side not Getty ave.
To check in you will need to bring
ID , truck insurance and registration
for the shipper to make copies.
The reason for this is, drivers get into Accidents backings into docks,
There is 2 way street and no one stops for you. Once you back up, they load you in 15 mins.
If you are picking up here, most likely you are delivering to Restorant Depot (lose all day). Good luck and be safe

Busy corner. If you have a 53' trailer stay on Madison, box trucks turn on Getty. I turned but only had one little skid so they were able to get it off easily with the forklift. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Guys were nice. Receiving starts between 530 and 6

Take videos and photos after you back in the dock. They ask for your DL, COI, and registration, so they can go to your insurance and accuse you of hitting the dock or building. It's not because they does not know who will be carrying the load and needs to know where is freight is. Unless you do not understand how it works, then you will believe them. They are lying! Have your proof! Don't just give your documents to someone without having proof for yourself. Take pictures

Incapable of listening to the driver. Not willing to help, thinks a 53' backs in like a straight truck, won't back you up when cops get agitated that you're blocking traffic. Has no clue where to turn a truck around. This place is made for straight trucks, no full size bed warned. I deliver in Brooklyn, the Bronx etc and they at least know what is going on.

The complaint I have with this company is that do not have any courtesy. They are constantly parking the truck in front of an active driveway. The employee just looked at me and said sorry it’s going to be a while. Instead of moving the truck a little bit to let me out. I called the company and someone assured me they will contact the driver to move the truck. But here I am 30 mins later stilling waiting !!

The laziest workers I have ever seen. Do not deliver anything to this receiver the worst of the worst. None of these guys want to work. Bunch of bums especially the dock manager. Totally useless.
