Just had the best experience ordering from them today! I called to order vs. making an online order and what a great decision it was! I spoke with Sam, an incredibly knowledgeable employee. Incredible customer service, gave extremely helpful and useful information- really went above and beyond. Answered questions I hadn’t even thought of yet but definitely needed to know to help with application and to get the best results. I am overly pleased and will definitely be a return customer. I love that I spoke directly to someone who was caring, experienced, knowledgeable, supportive of my individual situation, and took the time to explain the product and how to effectively use it. I am just so pleased I had to share! And if that’s not enough, my order is coming in TWO (business) DAYS. Free shipping. Amazing! So happy to find this company. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, especially if you appreciate a company that cares so much about Earth as a whole.

While the prices are fine, and shipping is clear up front, the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a product (mosquito trap) that does not function as advertised - the screen across the top does not stay level, thereby making it a mosquito breeding ground instead of a trap. The poor design is consistent across all four that I ordered.

I have reached out to customer service twice and I have not heard anything back.

Would not recommend buying from this company. When I placed the order, shipping was shown free for entire order. After I submitted the order, an additional $22 was added for shipping. I emailed customer service immediately to resolve the issue. No, response, no phone call. Order was shipped that night. Still no response, so I called. The man I spoke to said he was sales and not customer service and I would get a call. Still no call, second email sent. Customer service eventually responded via email but did not offer any refunds or solutions. Would not even acknowledge that they were unable to respond quick enough to resolve anything. First time and last time buying anything from this company.

I want to leave an update that as of 9/30/24 nobody has contacted me regarding this issue. Despite the quick response on google reviews, that I would be contacted and that they were sorry for the experience, they lied. The issue was never resolved. I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company also failed to respond to them. They took my money and ran. If they did not help me, they will not help you. I would not suggest purchasing from them. There are plenty of other places to shop.

Didn't ship my order after paying 35 dollars for overnight shipping. Was told they keep insects in stock (as an insectory should) for immediate shipping. Yeah, well, they didn't. After some investigation, I'm glad I ordered from somewhere else as many reviews come accompanied by a complaint of dead or non-existent insects. And furthermore, when I told them I would be leaving a poor review in light of their poor business conduct, their response was "You can do whatever you want, we just won't send you the product."

Keep in mind this is on the day FedEx Projected the package would be delivered, after receiving notice of the shipping label and order. Yeah, after paying for overnight shipping, receiving an email declaring the package had shipped, customer service confirmed the package left the building, and FedEx established a delivery day. Yes, after all that, they told me they wouldn't send me the package I already paid for.

Sound Horticulture in WA was very professional and far more helpful than the clownship that is Arbico. They didn't ship right away, but there was no advertisement or claim that they had stock available for immediate shipment.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, as this seems to be the only course of action, demonstrated by about a dozen other dissatisfied customers in as many months.

I order from Arbico every 4-6 weeks. They have always sent my orders out on time and the products have always been proper. I recently had an issue with an order (that ultimately rested on me), but the customer service made things right immediately for me.

Not a reputable business. I’ve done several orders with them and have noticed a decline in quality with insects arriving dead. When contacting them they do not provide assistance, and they block negative reviews from appearing on their site. I will not work with them again personally or through my business.

I have purchased beneficial bugs online three times. The prices are very reasonable. All the ladybugs were very well cared for and alive upon delivery. (100% alive, healthy & rearing to go) I kept them in the refrigerator until the evening. Each time I followed the instructions for the release in the evening and the next morning I have found the ladybugs doing their job in the garden. Some ladybugs did stay in the garden and I found their larvaes crawling around in both our front and backyard gardens. They have become permanent residents in our garden as long as there are food for them to feast on.

I also have purchased the lacewing egg strips. I have had serious problems with mealy bugs & whiteflies on all of our citrus trees. After placing these strips on our trees, there have been a noticeable control of these pests. Wished I have done this earlier.

Very happy with my online order for these benefical bugs.

I've been buying from Arbico regularly for over a decade.
Their products are excellent but unfortunately their customer service has gone downhill to the point of not answering three different emails about my order.
Hopefully things will change in that department.
