We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Hybrid Coffee and Kitchen! The food was delicious and satisfying—we tried the Loaded Avocado Toast, which was both flavorful and filling, and the Egg in a Blanket, which was also really good.

The drinks were a highlight as well! We had the Rose-Flavored Latte and the Cinnamon-Flavored Latte, both of which were amazing, with rich, aromatic flavors that perfectly complemented our meal.

The staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even better. Another big plus is that the café is pet-friendly, making it a great spot to enjoy breakfast with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Top notch food, top notch service. Evan was very accommodating, and he truly went above and beyond with his hospitality. On top of it all, the food was chef’s kiss. I would recommend the avocado toast and the smoked salmon toast. We also had a very tasty wildflower latte which was made according to my preference (less sweet). 12/10 experience honestly.

Most expensive flat white ever had $9 was the total cost. No prices on the menu which makes it non transparent for the consumers. Highest expectations are set for such a price mark. Note: I got a quad breve to be exact which usually goes for $7 max on average. This isn’t a coffee roaster either. 1. Espresso flavor was very mild and barely potent. Not sure what’s the roast date of the espresso beans. 2. Flat white was lukewarm and barely hot. 3. Mid latte art which isn’t too critical but for the price tag it is since other shops strive to deliver the best of the best at a lower price tag. Lots of room for improvement. Not against charging premium yet the business must deliver according to the price.

Popped by randomly before a doctor’s appointment in the area and I am so glad we did! The coffee and latte were excellent, the staff was so friendly, the food was phenomenal, and the cafe itself is absolutely adorable. 10/10 will come back again!

The Loaded avocado toast was incredible. The portion is more than enough for 1 person and could definitely be shared. The service was great and very willing to allow tastings of a variety of their unique coffee flavors. Definitely would recommend

Came here for breakfast with my aunt. The place is so cute and the food is yummy. I got an açaí bowl while my aunt got the bec(which I def have to get next time)! Def will be a returning customer.

We’ve been to Hybrid a few times and enjoy it. Jersey city has several great coffee shops and hybrid is one of them.

Today we had an iced French toast latte with almond milk…absolutely fire. Not overwhelmingly sweet/sugary and the espresso was on point. We also tried their Iced Pumpkin Spice latte which was alright. One of the baristas heard us ask for honey and made some tweaks which was great.

We also had a couple of eggs in a blanket, they have some bomb brioche. Their avocado toast is our usual go to, but we tried something different.

Great spot, not too noisy on the street.
