Quite a peculiar place—it's always empty when I walk by. They sell coffee and fancy sweet treats that are a bit too sweet for my taste. The place is clean and well-kept, but overall, it's a mystery to me how they manage to stay in business.

The petit fours were divine & reasonably priced. I have ordered several personal orders. Unfortunately, I ordered a birthday present for a loved one and the delivery service was grossly incompetent. They redirected my package to a different address (for no reason) and my package was never delivered.

I rate Bon Vivant 2 stars due to customer service - which, in this day and age - is pivotal for businesses to retain customers.

When I contacted the first time, I received no reply. Several days later, I attempted contact again, and they were borderline rude and unprofessional. Instead of responding in an empathetic manner or offering a discount for future purchases (to compensate for the failures of their delivery company), I was told it was my fault.

Furthermore, I was informed by Bon Vivant: if the package was undeliverable (which was an error on the delivery company’s part) then I would be held accountable for extra charges. Which made NO sense whatsoever!

Needless to say, I was immensely confused about their response. I order high-end baked items regularly, and there have been times when the delivery company doesn’t come through: and other bakeries offer professionalism and assistance in the matter.

All in all, the product is great; however, just hope that the delivery company gets it right because Bon Vivant has poor customer service and lacks professional compassion - which leads me to believe they need to adjust their attitude.

If you order a 90 dollar package, and the delivery company makes a mistake: you will be forced to “eat” the $.

Very cozy and atmospheric place but a little bit tiny. They have Julius Meiln coffee from Austria. The cakes are just a piece of art with fancy flavor and taste deliciously. Nice experience.

Beautiful place to grab gifts at any price point! I planned an afternoon tea for two and grabbed some lovely pastries from here. It was moist and bursting with favor. The pastries have only improved here so def check them out!

Delicious treats at extremely reasonable prices - highly recommend a visit. They have a wide coffee/espresso selection and small portioned, sweet treats which were fresh and packed with flavor. Will be my go-to for coffee and afternoon sweets which was missing in this neighborhood.

Received these petite fours as a hostess gift... absolutely delightful! They were moist, fresh, and delicious. We also enjoyed the diamants very much!

A wonderful experience! I took my wife here for her birthday and she enjoyed herself very much, and so did I. The croissants were some of the best I've ever had, and so was the coffee. The hot chocolate was to DIE FOR. We got a box of the nine petit cakes, and were initially worried that, because of the flowers, they would taste like straight buttercream. They did not. They were all moist and tasted like they were soaked in some super yummy syrup.

The service was amazing, too. The man who took our order gave us some lovely information about where everything came from, what they had from where, and how things were made, and it was refreshing to hear someone who was so proud of their pastries. I can't wait to come back.
