They buy unripe fruit and sell it at Sprouts and Whole Foods. Instead of demanding their supplier waits until the proper time to harvest the watermelons and cantaloupe they buy the far from ripe fruits and we're stuck with the choice of either going without our favorite fruits or eating something horrible. They need to stop using Kandy as a supplier.

Update: The second Kandy melon was very seedy as well.

I bought what I thought were 2 Kandy (may contain an occasional seed) “seedless” watermelons the other day but when I cut the first one open it was FULL of black and white (hard) seeds. If a seedless watermelon has this many seeds how many are in their seeded melons? I hope the second one is a true “seedless” watermelon.

Kandy melons are the best melons I have ever had in my life. I get them at Superstition Ranch Market and even my dog will go through my bags looking for the melons - he gets some as treats. So far I have tried the Lemon Drop Honeydew and the Golden Honeydew. Very sweet and such a beautiful taste!

FINALLY a great tasting sweet watermelon (red), I had quit buying melons about 3 years ago because even when they looked ripe and thumped the way they should, they were tasteless...then my son went to Walmart and bought two of the Kandy reds Saturday and we ate both by Sunday, so he drove back and got 3 more which will be gone in no time...THANK YOU... THANK YOU for bringing back a great tasting summer melon. please keep growing them...Barbara

The Kandy brand melons used to be great. Now the last few years they're literally bad. Unripe as anything. I will not waste another dime with this brand.

They have the most tasteless cantalopes you can ever imagine. Don't waste your time. Or your money. They have no taste, they're not juicy and it's a waste of time. I don't know about you but women don't like their time wasted especially in the kitchen. One star way too much they deserve a zero

We tried your lemon drop melon for the first time.....oh man, is it good!! We got it at our local Sprouts market. Now I wish we'd bought more than 2!
