So I got here this morning around 2 just testing my luck. The guard told me the earliest you can began checking in is 5:30 but then he back tracked and said 4:30, I figured I’d just park anyways for the night since I could squeeze in a split before my appointment time. You park outside gate walk up to guardhouse, turn in paperwork they give you a call when they have a door for you which didn’t take long 15 minutes or so. Grab paperwork along gatepass, pull in, walk to receiving at the end of the building, there is a doorbell. They text you for lumper and call once paperwork is ready, return gate pass and you’re ready. All in all was 2 hours.

Seems like they allow one truck infront of there gate to park. The guard told me it was fine to park along the street, if you know what you’re doing you can accommodate a good 5 maybe 6 trucks without blocking traffic. Road doesn’t get filled up atleast from what I’ve noticed so you can come down and wait till your appointment if you want.

Bathroom inside the facility not the best, it’s a shared locker room with their employees. Parking lot is maneuverable watch out coming in they have a bit of a tight semi-blind corner and the gate only accommodates one truck, so take it easy. 5 MPH sign posted on premises.

This is the first time I've visited this location. So everything you're about to read as accurate as of the date of this review is posted. This view is dedicated OTR drivers. Do not drive to this location earlier than your appointment while on the clock. This facility is appointment base at it is not first come first serve. They have 11 Docs that are functional. If you have never seen a scumbag shipper and receiver this place is one by definition. This is not directed at the personnel. You will notice what I'm referring to when you walk onto the property or drive onto the property and you will notice that there is a makeshift repair facility and a fuel Island all in the same area as you proceeded in. That in itself is the first indicator is that they are cutting corners on their equipment. If you go to the docks you'll notice the second proof of my claim at door 11. They are so cheap that they can't even afford to repair the door or the doc and it is halfway open and hanging near on the ground. Upon further inspection I discovered their warehouse is rather huge. With more than enough space to take product off you are trailer. With that being said they're probably inventory the product as I take it off your truck which is going to kill more of your hours at this facility. When to use their restroom which doubles for their employees changing area and restroom. As soon as I walked into the restaurant part of the changing room my nose was assaulted with an odor so bad that you thought it was a porta John can you open the door to the hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The automatic air freshener That was supposed to be supplied in the bathroom wasn't refilled left open and dangling for no apparent reason. I remember seeing two of 6 urinals covered up in bags meaning that they were out of service and I didn't even bother to inspect the other toilet because it was so Rancid that I had to run out of there really quick. At this point you can see the reason why three stars is already gone from the five star rating that I tried to give locations. I didn't see any vending machines offered for drivers or the employees but they might be another area I have to check for. They have a lot of old and outdated signs that need to be either a place or taken down because they don't have any reason being up. Oh another warning that I almost forgot to mention that took another star from off my rating is that if you arrive late in any way shape or form they will automatically charge you $300 or more for late delivery. My overall review of romah as a place for delivery 1 * will remain until they clean up their act. and I do suggest that if your owner operator do not deliver it's a waste of time and money.

myself and another truck picked up from the same place and delivery for both was 11 am . Arrived at 10 and had to wait till 12 because they did not have available door (out of 20 doors) . Once the door was given the unload process took about 20 minutes. Not bad overall

I was two and a half hours late due to mechanical issues and traffic, but because I called and gave them a heads up, they didn't charge a fee. Reasonable guys. Good place. Just call if you feel like you're going to be late at all!!

No over night parking. All the streets, including cul de sac, have no parking signs. Closest place to park is 3mi away at Wal-Mart on Centennial. No one bothers you there, as long as you don't trash up the place. Checked in @ 7am, for 8am appt. We'll see how long it takes them to unload.

I don't understand Lumper fee $360 and service fee $300? More than 6 hours unloading, still not available. Truck drivers don't come here.
