I had called other companies and they just flat out did not show up. I called Frigid Air and spoke with Doug and he had someone out the very next day first thing in the morning! The tech, Dave, was incredibly courteous, professional, and honest (which seems to be rare these days). I can't say enough good things about this company and would encourage anyone to give them a call!

I highly recommend this company. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The representatives who showed up at my home today were very pleasant and neat.
