very nice people , start from
security guard to all the way shipping office guy, i was late 40 min, but they still checked me in with smile on their face and gave me door rightaway…plus they have some vending machins also

Lodging unloading only appointment time if you miss your appointment time waiting 5,to 10 hours overnight parking available not to much truck iam reset my book. No problem today or three day parking. Clean rest room

There’s overnight parking but with few spots. So you need plan your trip because there’s no truck stops or rest area close this facility. And be careful parking in Walmart in this area. Sometimes cops asks to leave the property. Friendly crew and fast unloading. Enough room for maneuvers.

Guards are friendly, check-in at receiving good... CAPSTONE lumpers SUCK!!! CHECKED ON AT 1755 for 2300 appt. Woke up at 0230, thinking I missed their phone call. NOPE, I'd never received a call or heard anything. Checked back in, reverting put me in a door, and said capstone is responsible for calling drivers and giving doors. Backed into the door and sat another 2.5 hrs. STILL NO-ONE had been in my trailer. While other trucks on the same dock arrived after me and left before me. Went to receiving to speak with capstone shift supervisor who tried to blame the delay on lack of dock space. However, he rapidly changed his tune when I told him about other trucks coming in after me and leaving before me. Finally left at 0655, 8 hours after my appt. time.

Reefer minus 10 load, had me loaded within 2 hours of my appointment time and got my reset in their overnight parking area,can not ask for more, wish they were all like this

This is first and best americold facility, the tough guys I mean very friendly and nice. They’re gave me a door immediately and started unload. Also they have overnight parking.

One of the better Americold locations! Guard was friendly, staff inside was friendly, quick to unload, appears to have a small staging area with overnight parking, clean facility! I will gladly come here again!
