It's my 1st time in this store. So big, beautiful. Looks like it just opened up. Excellent customer service there, too. Lots of already made meals. Big deli, too. Aisles are big and wide to be able and move around. Prices were reasonable. Bought a large pretzel in the shape of an A, with cheese and some Buffalo chicken on the top ya, heat it up. It's delicious. There donuts are amazing. A true Boston cream donut. 🥨🍽♥️🍩

I really like shopping at Giant in Hatfield—the store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of fresh produce, meats, and bakery items, and their prices are reasonable.

What I love most is Giant Direct! It makes grocery shopping so much easier and more convenient. The ordering process is simple, and pickup is always smooth. The staff handling online orders are friendly and efficient, making sure everything is fresh and packed well.

Overall, this Giant is a great place to shop, whether in-store or through Giant Direct. Definitely one of my go-to grocery stores!

Clean, helpful, reasonable prices. With a card, your purchases go towards reduced gas prices at their pumps. Good deal.

I'm a regular Giant customer, but normally don't shop in the Hatfield store. Today the store was extremely busy and employees were either busy stocking shelves or filling orders. I had to ask two different times where to find certain items and each time the employees were polite and friendly. Kim was the cashier who checked me out and she and the young man who bagged were super - they were efficient and friendly. Left the store with a good feeling.

I am writing to LET OTHER CONSUMERS know of the double standard practiced by Giant Eagle. Approximately two weeks ago I shopped at the store for groceries. I "earned" $0.20 off for fuel. I have three automobiles, so I waited until they were low in gas and took them to get gas. I filled up my first vehicle WITHOUT putting the pump back in its position. I proceeded to fill up my other automobile with the remaining gallons...keep in mind, the advertisement and the RECEIPT says vaguely, "up to 25 gallons." I put 14 gallons in my first automobile and the remaining 11 gallons in my second automobile with no problem. Keep in mind I have lost count of how many times in the past three years that I have observed people filling up their automobiles first and then they would fill up gasoline containers (the red ones). On January 24, 2025, I proceeded to do the same thing again, fill up my two automobiles. This time, after filling up my first automobile (seven gallons), I attempted to do the same with the remaining 18 gallons. The pump would not dispense anymore gasoline. I tried several times without putting the pump back into position. I went to the booth and asked the attendant why it wasn't pumping. He told me that you are not allowed to fill up two vehicles at the same time. I asked where does it say that at, and he said on the pump itself and on your receipt. I asked him to show me on the receipt and he was unable to do so. I then asked him to show me on the pump, and he was unable to do so. He quickly stated that was the rules. I informed him by showing him the previous receipt which only states, "up to 25 gallons." He told me to go to the store and check with customer service. I followed his advice and three different employees told me three different things...all of them saying, "that's the policy." I asked them to show me in writing and they were unable to do so. I requested to speak with a manager and she (Kelly, I believe) said that she did not know the policy. I asked her what is the difference between my actions and the actions of countless customers with the gasoline containers? She could not tell me and she said that I have a valid point. I had to ultimately pay for gasoline at the regular price for my second automobile and she refunded me $3. I believe I am entitled to the full amount ($26.98) that I used to fill up my second automobile. This in my opinion is an example of deceptive marketing practices and employees not knowing their jobs. If I am not compensated for the inconvenience, I will take my shopping and fuel needs to another merchant that has a clear policy on rewards. Not something that is buried on page 999 and no one knows about. It should be clear guidance and I thought that it was...UP TO 25 GALLONS.

Just like I said and knew already below is the response from Giant. First they acted like they could not find my account and/or transaction despite me providing my "Loyalty Number" which to my knowledge is the phone number customers key in when making purchases. THEN they played the "I don't understand what you are asking and/or talking about game. Lastly, just like I said, "...Not something that is buried on page 999 and no one knows about."

Great location! Lots of parking, clean store. Shelves are always stocked, staff is always friendly & helpful. And lots of good clearance items too!
