They have the most beautiful mums . I've purchased mums from many places in our area and wasnt to happy with the size shape and how long they last. But this place we have never been disappointed. The mums are so big, and absolutely beautiful. The size and shape of them are perfect. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. We always purchase stuff our of their store inside. They have everything and anything you can imagine . We never leave there without having spent a good amount. And the prices are pretty decent too. So yah I buy alot lol. But nearly everything in my photos are stuff purchased from there. You should go there, I guarantee you find something. And if you buy their flowers you wont be disappointed at all.

I having been buying plants from Kellogg’s for years. I always had a great experience buying plants for my porches etc from the retail portion of the business. Because of my good experience with purchasing plants there I decided to use them for their “landscaping “ when we built our new home. We spent a little over 5000.00 and had a great experience during the planting stages. However when we had to call them because we had about 4 plants that I wanted them to look at, I could not get anyone to come out to take a look at them. I started asking them at the end of July and it’s October and still no one has come out. I even stopped in and spoke to the wife of the owner a few weeks back and she was very kind but still no calls. Also keep in mind I also wanted to buy 12 to 15 green giant trees and have them planted which would have been about 250.00 each plus whatever they charge to plant them. Paul the owner calls me Today and this is the first time I am talking to this man and he preceeds to tell me that he knows why the plants are dead and it’s because I did not water them. Paul then preceeds to tell me he doesn’t care how much money I spent and that he has customers spending 100,000.00 so I guess my 5000 is not worthy of good customer service. I then tell him instead of trying to blame me your customer you should be acknowledging that I have been trying to get someone to look at the problem for months. So Paul’s response to me was “ I am going to hang up before I say something I’m going to regret”

So 5 stars for their retail

But NEVER EVER use them for Landscaping

I originally told our contractor to recommend them to their clients but know this…I am calling each one of them and telling them to absolutely to never use them because of PAUL the owner

Kellogg's is more than a garden center. It offers the best variety of healthy plants, trees and flowers in the area. What makes it unique is the huge warehouse of products in these categories: gardening, household, decor, automotive, tools, etc.
The prices are very reasonable and the staff is helpful in finding the products for your needs.

My mother died in November. My coworkers gave me a gift card towards a tree in remembrance of my mom. I decided that mother's day would be the perfect day to pick it out. I've never done this before so I asked one woman what the process was and if all the trees they had were in the back section. She responded with "there are trees all over". All of a sudden she switched with an older woman who was much nicer and answered all of our questions. She had a man meet us outside to tag the tree I picked. He said he would be able to come the next day to plant it. He didn't show up. Okay..no big deal. We gave it a week before my husband called to see when they would be bringing the tree. The woman said he would get a phone call back by the following day. We never heard a word. Finally on week three my husband calls again. He spoke with a nicer woman, but then he spoke with the owner. He accused my husband of having an attitude and made excuses as to why we didnt receive a service we paid for after 3 weeks. He was trying to get my husband to go get a refund so he didn't have to come plant the tree. After my husband said no, I want it planted..the owner handed the phone back to the woman and said " I can't deal with this f**king guy today". What was supposed to be such a beautiful thing was turned into a really bad experience. It was actually really sad. This is the only review I have ever written for anyone.

Rude owner, yells at elderly customer, states don't every come back here again, after providing the refund. Zero stars. I see others saying same thing. Just boycott this place. You don't treat your customers, or people in general, that way.

Purchased items here before, that I was very pleased with. But the attitude I received today from an older gentleman was horrible. Kurt and just rude!
I will never go there again.

FYI….I was looking to order/purchase 10-12 young trees, possibly more! Will not be purchasing them from Kellogg’s. Someone else will be much happier to accept my money and help with my on-going project.

Ok definitely a place I will be returning to. I picked up a snowman sign for our front yard. Being we have a rocky yard these signs go in smooth. Great selection of Christmas trees and holiday items and so much more. Eclectic assortment of products. I have my eye on a welcome bear that will be coming home with me the next visit.
