First time was here, was told to back in doors closed. After the loading was done, I asked if they'd put the load locks, I was told yes they did. Reaching my delivery destination, no load locks in place, one pallet had tilted. They couldn't unload, had to reschedule for next day. But other than that, the checkin process is smooth.

I got bad experience deliver a load here.
I arrived on time for 8am appt, they didn’t give me door right away. Got door around 10:20am. Then they took forever to unload the truck, now is 1:30pm and has not finished yet. I’m already so late for my next pickup.

Appointment at 09:00 am,,arrived at 07:15 am,, five minutes after checked in they assigned a door for me,,

You have to be careful this place. They will give you dock they will tell you not open door so one open inside so when they done,closed and put seal so you don’t what happened inside I am soo lucky they didn’t put it lock the product

This place is always top notch they always treat me good I checked in last night with the security but everyone had gone home for the day so I had to get unloaded this morning wich is cool everyone from security to shipping and receiving to the dock staff is amazing people this is definitely a well managed and maintained facility thank you all for your hard work I appreciate that
