Setting up a checking account involved an online application, three calls, and two bank visits. Despite an appointment, the representative took a break and asked me to return the next day. A week later, I couldn't access my online account. In the photo below were instructions and customer service offered no help beyond confirming my password was correct, (and it was) leaving me with a non-functional credit card, checking account, and password.

This is a terrible bank I do not recommend it , I’ve had an account with them since I was 14 , and it’s terrible every week I have to call and have something fixed or change , one time they took money out of my savings account and I called about it they said they don’t know , and sent me to the main line , then the amount of attitude they had was terrible , she said I don’t know why they sent you to me , then I had explained to her , and she just said ugh whatever , I got my money back , but still . Then today I’ve had my last straw with them an unauthorized charge went through , and instead of them calling me or texting and asking if that was me , they just let it go through , so now I’m almost 30$ short , and even tho they let that unauthorized charge go through, they wouldn’t take responsibility for it , gave me a bunch of attitude , and sent me to dispute , where the lady from dispute didn’t understand why the bank would even let that pass . 30$ might not seem like a lot of money but I’m 18 and just starting college. I had 42$ in my account and needed 35$ to be a new used tire on my car . Now I can’t and there’s nothing for me to do . It’s ridiculous do not trust them , or use this bank no matter what .

I had been a customer for 10+ years... Relocated to another state and had a small balance remaining. A reoccurring payment of $35 came through and caused a small negative balance. They returned the payment and assessed a $35 fee. They refused to reduce the fee to the balance in the account. They are sending me a bill for $16. So much for being a LONG STANDING customer.

Would not recommend! I'm a joint account holder with my husband yet everyone time I go there I get nothing but problems. They have ways / rules that are ridiculous and no other bank does these things . They like to control your funds telling u when u can and can not have them which no other bank has done to me yet !!! Been a customer for 5 + years but chosing to change banks else where !
