I love this place! Everything I’ve purchased from here has done so well in my garden. They offer such high quality plants and I love that everything is native and benefits our local wildlife. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to offer suggestions for different plants that may do well in my yard. Truly the best nursery around.

Very convenient location for boro residents. I like not having to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s for basic gardening & potting solutions. The staff was knowledgeable and the checkout process is very easy.

They do sell organic container soil & bagged gardening soil. Each one comes in 1cu.ft. Or 2cu.ft bags.

This place is magical. Such an amazing selection of native plants, majority of which I have never seen at any other plant store. I can't wait to plant what we bought and come back for more, to replace the all the invasive plants we've been taking out of our garden.

So many fun plants of all different sizes and varieties! There's something for everyone here, from small flowering ephemerals, to sturdy perennials, to shrubs and trees. They frequently have new shipments coming in, so the plants turn over quickly and you have continual options.
The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable too!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good stock and variety of native plants, shrubs, and trees. It's our go-to nursery for all our plants and our success rate with their perrenials in our yard have been fantastic! We're very novice gardeners and the staff are terrific with recommendations based simply off soil and sun conditions.

I am so lucky to have Redbud and Catherine, the owner, so close to my home!
There are so many native plants at Redbud and I have to stop myself from buying more plants than I can plant in a weekend. Over the past 3 years, Catherine has helped me choose plants for 20 centerpieces, begin what I'm calling my mini-meadow, plant a rain garden and two side flowerbeds. She will give advice based on my thoughts, pictures, and that I am just learning about gardening and need low maintenance plants. Catherine is also just really knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my parents to her when they were looking for shade perennials and a friend picked up a few plants for her stoop in South Philly.
This is a fantastic resource to learn and beautify your yard. My yard is always full of happy birds, bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other critters - exactly what I wanted after moving from Philadelphia.

This nursery is a real treasure of native trees, shrubs and plants that have thrived at my home. I've been looking for plants that attract natural pollinators like bees, butterflies and hummingbirds and Catherine and her team are very knowledgeable on the types of plants that these different species prefer. If you're trying to find some very healthy plants that will happily flourish in your garden, I can't recommend this place enough.
