If their work is anything like their driving, then it’s absolutely horrible. This guy in this video almost ran us over going on the i10 ramp from the 101. We had plenty of space before him, we signaled him with our turning signal due to a crashed car on the left shoulder and he sped up and we had to quickly get out his way. He then looked at us with his incompetent face when I decided to film as if we had done something wrong.

After getting written up from day one but all my days working there everyone was always complimenting me giving me raises until just 1 week before my benefits kicked in they threatened I would be fired if another person complained to me? It was news to all of us and scam obviously waste of time. I started noticing who I started work with wasn't who I ended work with and I thought that was also odd. It's nothing but scams. My advice would be to not become a partner over with them in anyway. Young girls with men, men letting nephews take their place doing whatever they want because it's an employee owned so what can you do when it's like friends who take over a place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. These so called “licensed arborists” have destroyed old growth trees in our community by their mismanaged “pruning” (in 110 degree weather), sprayed toxic weed killer haphazardly and have zero clue as to what they are doing. DO NOT hire unless you want all the trees and plants in your area to suffer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have the irrigation set to run 3 times a day. This has been going on for 3 months now. The park is still half dirt, and dead grass. Weeds are growing all over the kids play area. Worst ever landscape company in AZ.

Quit drowning the grass park at arroyo Seco North! You have grubs destroying the turf. No amount of watering will take care of the issue.

DLC resources landscaping is far by one of the best companies in Phoenix they do great work and everybody that runs the company for DLC know exactly what they're doing and how to fix the problem I highly recommend this company for anybody that needs landscaping maintenance done or irrigation done on their property or if they even need a job

I live in a HOA managed by these people. Workers have no clue what they are doing, sloppy. No follow thru with work orders from HOA management. Worker turnover is significant. Sad.

I stopped to pick up some illegal dumping or someone else's unsecured load litter, one of your drivers saw me struggling and stopped to help me. What a great person and hard worker! Thank you DLC employee!
