A very nice well kept garden. Very peaceful and zen. Take your time walking between the different terrain. Use the map from the admission window to get a more detailed information on each terrain in the garden.
10/10 very peaceful stroll.

This place is extraordinary!!! The staff is wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous and so meticulously kept. I can see why they have so many rules about rocks, photography, and staying on the paths. It truly is so peaceful and serene. Thank you!!

Considering that this beautiful garden is in the heart of Phoenix, AZ and that Phoenix is in the middle of a desert, this garden just takes your breath away with its lush and serene beauty. I recommend taking your time, stopping along the pathway to enjoy some of the smaller details, and look for the details as well as the bigger picture. A Japanese garden can be very subtle and precise in its beauty. It is a wonderful way to start the weekend on a Saturday morning.

This was my first time here. The scenery was absolutely wonderful. admission was $12 but you can get in with a membership which I highly recommend. This place has statues ported right from Japan and the fish are descendants of the original fish that were there. You can sit all round the area but just remember to stay on the trail and they also have one bamboo plant on the corner of the garden. I was very surprised to see hummingbirds and ducks here because obviously it’s the desert. Very relaxing and Japanese culture oriented I will definitely be coming back here soon

It’s a gorgeous quarter-mile loop where you can see Koi fish, beautiful Japanese architecture, and even a tea house. It’s a lovely little slice of Japanese culture. However, my only critique is the $14 entrance fee. I understand that maintenance is necessary, but $14 for something that takes just 5 minutes to walk around feels a bit steep. That said, if you’re a visitor like me, it’s definitely worth checking out—it’s a cool place! But if I lived in Phoenix, it would probably be a one-time visit for me.

The ambiance of this garden was so serene. If you're looking to escape the city feel for a while, this is the place to go. It's like a little oasis away from all the city life. The passes were surprisingly cheap and were for all day access. we were allowed to leave and come back with our stickers. It is a beautiful place to enjoy nature!

Ripoff. 14 dollars For a 10 minute walk on grounds in need of major repair. The pond needs a-lot more water ,oxygen, and a good cleaning. Poor fish were suffering. Grass and plants also need some tlc. For the price and the volume of people coming here it’s ridiculous the shape it’s in.

This garden in downtown Phoenix is such a treat. We love the moon viewing events. Definitely worth a visit.
