Great selection of cigars. Store & lounge is very clean. The people are very friendly that I met in the lounge area. Great vibe to just relax and enjoy a cigar.

1st time in the shop, was great spot. Very nice selection of cigars and accessories. Lots of seating available to enjoy cigars. Amanda was very helpful in recommending different cigars based on my palette preferences. Will be back for sure!

Selection is pretty Dang good.
Company and staff are very friendly. Good hours and quality humidor.
My go to local place from now on. Would be 5 stars if the pricing wasn't just average as most brick and mortars but the humidity and selection is 5 stars.. They do, however, offer 10% if 20 sticks or more are bought.
So can't complain there I guess?

Friendly staff. Great place for single or case cigars. Also tobacco products for pipes , lighters, humidors. Can buy a cigar and go to the back lounge and fire one up. Monthy specials where cigar reps come in and offer discounts.

My husband and I just left there because we heard good things about it and wanted to check it out. The owner was not pleasant from the moment we walked in. While in the humidor, she kept popping in and asked us if we need any help but with an attitude. I decided to leave the shop when people starting smoking in the lounge. When I did, I noticed the owner was watching us on the cameras. I believe she wasn’t asking if we needed any help to be helpful. I felt like she was profiling us. She didn’t do that to anyone else who was in there.
The selection is not as big as they make it sound. It’s a lot different cigars but from the same brand. Seems like they heavily favor Drew Estate. The prices are on the higher side compared to other local cigar shops. We won’t be back again.
My advice is get a better selection, don’t price gouge, work on costumer service and DEFINITELY DO NOT PROFILE CUSTOMERS!!!!

First time ever coming in. I was very impressed with the customer service from the nice lady working today. She is very knowledgeable with cigars. Great selection of cigars from all brands in the walk in. Had plenty of the Drew Est. Nica Rustica-Adobe, which has been sold out everywhere else locally. Everyone in the lounge was having a great time. It's a very friendly environment. I will definitely be back!

Shop has a good selection of cigars to choose from. The lounge is comfortable, the clients are friendly over the top! You will make friends here. Highly recommend it to shop and or socialize!
