A great natural store. It can be pricey depending on what your looking for BUT everything is mostly organic. They carry mushroom coffee and hot chocolate. Foot detox available and the women that does them is extremely knowledgeable on disease and aliments. And can tell you what is going on with you by looking at the water after foot cleanse.

Call me old fashioned, but what happened to people in customer service, saying "goodbye" when ending a phone call Most (if not all) of the times I've called there, when they're "done" with the conversation, they just end the call. No "goodbye" or "thanks for calling" or anything, they just end the call. I am mid-sentence and do not even know it's coming. Sorry, but that is rude, IMO.

The store is clean and usually well stocked. However, customer service leaves alot to be desired. The 2 "English Ladies" are the nicest people in the store. The young Mennonite girl can be really rude. I have been in line at the checkout counter with 4-5 people waiting and she will walk by and ignore everyone. She does not focus on the customer at all. I have been going to this store for years and I am about ready to not go back. If it wasn't for the "English Ladies", I would NOT go back again!!!!!!

The staff is fantastic and more than knowledgeable. They greeted us kindly and offered help immediately. Fellow shoppers are a bit uptight because it's in a conservative area, but whatever. It was still a great experience.

Everyone in the store is extremely polite. I really enjoyed shopping with them. If I am looking for something to help out an issue, I feel comfortable enough to tell them what the issue is. If I am looking for a specific ingredient they are more than helpful to help me find the specific product that I need. The store is much larger than it looks from the outside! I Highly Recommend!
