Awesome team of people well kept yard, clean facilities. Great start to the day after Labor Day holiday for delivering in phoenix. Super happy. Everyone here rolling into the office with a good attitude I love that type of charismatic team and leadership from top across the team.

Trucks: as others stated stay on Watkins and try to come in from the west just because it’s more options for parking on street to walk in, I came from east and it’s only 1 potential spot and your kind of blocking fire truck access to facility . Better a few hundred feet to the west pointing towards facility.

Stay on 7th, then turn L on Watkins. Park in front. Do not go in between the buildings!! Their gate is right off the street, where the number "401" is. Once inside, there is space to back into their tight docks. Professional people.
