I placed a order of 30 package of Dare Breton crackers and 15 units of them were broken and crumbled, I filed a complaint and they said they would reimburse me for one package, but when I said it wasn't 1 but 15 packages, they said they didn't see anything wrong with the cookies even after I sent photos and videos of the broken cookies and crumbled. I will never buy anything from this company again seem like apparently sell second-hand products.

I am unclear what the bad reviews are about. It seems to be shipping costs! People, if you like a company and want them to stay in business, you have to pay shipping! It is worth it to me to order over $80 of food each time to get the free shipping. I bought a small freezer for $150 and it can store the extras. That way any shipping I would have paid for smaller orders went to my freezer cost instead. I love the orders come with very little extra packaging which is key and they have never arrived spoiled. (which would be the shippers issue, not Gluten Free Mall issue people). I am grateful to be able to get GF items I cannot get anywhere and at a discount with bulk orders. Could not be happier with how quickly things ship and email communications.

I have loved my experience with the gluten free mall. My order came in 2 shipments. The frozen items were packed with dry ice and definitely still frozen when it arrived. Love the variety of items, will be shopping here again!

Being someone with celiac, for many years this has been my go-to for all things gluten free. I could find products here that I couldn't get elsewhere and the prices were great for the things that I could otherwise find locally. I'd always spend the minimum to get free shipping. I stayed away from frozen products because of the shipping costs. As of late, they raised the minimum for free shipping to $59 or flat rate is $15. So if I spend $45 I'm spending $15 to ship a small box. Unfortunately, between the increase in shipping fees and the prices no longer being competitive, I don't really shop here anymore. I guess if you really need something they carry then great, but otherwise, just stick to local stores.

I too thought this was a great website as they have so much inventory that's otherwise hard to find. However, I ordered over $150 worth of products (mostly frozen) and one dry goods small bag (size of small M&Ms bag). The frozen items came completely spoiled...completed melted and had to be thrown away. When I asked for a refund they only refunded the frozen items and the one small item (which by the way was less than 5oz) came in a big box separately and they WOULD NOT refund the cost of it, they said they have a flat rate of $15 for everything. They charged me $15 for a $3 item. Ridiculous.

I was initially so happy to have discovered this site, as it was often so difficult to find gluten free frozen foods at my local grocery store. For the longest time, they offered a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.99 on all frozen orders. When I went to place my order to restock my freezer with my favorite items, I found out that rate no longer applies, and the calculated shipping charge was going to be $31!!! I could get so much extra food for that cost, it's not even funny. I immediately deleted everything from my cart and began searching elsewhere. Don't punish your customers who already have to pay higher costs for their food by gouging them on shipping rates, too!

Don't order if you need it in a timely matter, $30 shipping and 8 days later order still has not shipped and knowone ever answers the phone when you call ( have called 8 times now) just straight to voice mail and no email responses back either. Prices and selection is not horrible but customer service is non-existent.
