This is my second time stopping by this giant eagle and both times I had a great experience with the store and employees. On this particular morning 2/16 I just got off work and had a bad night. I was tired and couldn’t wait to get home. I stopped to get 3 items and the cashier John Y. was absolutely great, remember, I had bad night at work, so I had an attitude and needed to get home. He was so polite and so helpful, he changed my attitude and made me thankful for the day. Great job giant eagle, we need more people like John in our establishments and in our lives!!! Please give him this shout out, he deserves this! The store was clean and fully stocked. I live in Irwin and this store is on my way home. I will be stopping by more often!

3 years later still living here & loving this giant eagle. I always get my water jugs refilled here. It's always clean, usually has good sales & i very much appreciate that they have a water jug self refill machine. The cashiers have always been friendly & helpful. They have a good variety & selection & the store is well organized . Not to mention they have some of the best prices around which is a huge help especially these days. I also love how easy it is to use my s3 card here (medicare healthy food benefits).

This place has gone downhill. Today I went to pick up a prescription, and there was a blonde there complaining up and down about Trump. Keep your politics at home. Then I got something from the deli, and the old guy placed a piece of plastic on the scale over some old chopped meat, and then proceeded to put that plastic around my food and in the bag. Last time I’ll go there.

Most of the employees seem nice, Angelo was my cashier and they were sweet, however Merna was very rude and threw items into my cart, talked poorly about other employees, and was extremely miserable. 0/10 for her attitude.

This store is nice. The bakery is good. I really don't shop here often due to prices. I do use the pharmacy, everyone there are very nice and helpful.

3🌟 - It's a grcery store. A bit overpriced for things you can find at Walmart. Stock is sometimes out. I do self check-out. The regular employees are very nice and helpful, but they all do greet you.

All the staff at this store are always extremely helpful and the store is kept very neat and organized.
Shout out to Marissa for being always a very friendly cashier and quickly completing orders
