I have picked up five or so orders from the Pop Up Nursery, and every time I am thrilled with the service and knowledge. This weekend I picked up three trees and a bunch of supplies, and it was no different than any other time I have picked up. The people I speak with each time are happy to answer my questions, and if they don't know the answers they will find somebody who does. I will continue to get my fruit trees from The Urban Farm.

Picked up my 15 gallon Meyer Lemon tree from the “pop up” nursery. This year I went early on Friday afternoon and I was the only customer there. The staff made suggestions for the correct amount of soil amendments, fertilizer and mulch which I also bought. Needless to say, the lemon tree was in great condition. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to lemons for years to come.

Worst experience. My neighbor told me about this place since I was looking for a lemon tree. I ordered a lemon tree online, paid for it and scheduled the pick up. The day before they called and asked if we could pick up 2 hours before our scheduled time to accommodate their schedule. I moved things around to make this happen. Drove an hour and half round trip to get the tree… arrive and they say they gave my tree to someone else sorry. Come back next season or get a refund. Wow unbelievable. I called and no one picked to get a refund. Will you refund my gas driving all the way there too? Such a bad experience i would not recommend this place
