No bad i was prepare to wait 6 hours but i show up 5 hrs before my appointment time so pretty much they call me right on my appointment time for pickup my Bols also make sure you are almost full on fuel ⛽️

I have delivered here a few times and everyone from the gate to the office were polite and professional with me. Check in with guard at gate (make sure your reefer fuel tank is full as depending on the guard on duty they may demand it before letting you in) go around to office and check in where you will be assigned a door. Drop your trailer and drive around to the east side of the building and park. They will either call or come knock on your door when you’re finished. Be prepared to sit for a while as sometimes it can take a while to get unloaded or loaded. When unloading you will most likely find a pile of debris scattered everywhere on your floor. They seem to have a difficult time getting the forks into the proper place on the pallets.

I dont usually leave a bad review... i will make an exception in this case. They NEVER let you PARK overnight. I Del here several times and it always takes waaaaayyy longer to get unloaded than necessary. Was late one time by 5 mins... don't be late. They will screw your 14 hour clock. I don't ever want to do business with this business again. They gave our appt time to someone who wasn't to be in until 2 hrs later than our arrival time. NO parking on premises! Noone but the yard jockeys seem to actually work.

MUST wear a high viz vest otherwise they turn you away. Came in 30 minutes late for a 2 pm appointment and was told drop my trailer at a specific spot. They called me about 2.5 hours later to get my papers and take my trailer. Nice guy at the gate. Signs were rude except the one thanking the drivers.

What time you make it to the gate doesnt matter, because they count the time from them getting the paperwork from you at the office. they will leave you sitting for 12 hour if ur 1 minute past ur delivery time, handing them the paperwork inside the office. The guys unloading are nice, none of the employees seem to agree with the policy, but its their job. The people running this place need to open their eyes and realize no one else in the industry acts this way and its a stain on the whole industry acting this way. Total disprespect for the drivers and then the people working here just trying to get paid have to hear about it. If you have a choice, avoid at all costs.

But if ur here early, you should be out quick, cuz the workers are fast, just swamped and ruled by terrible upper management.

Check in at 8 am for 10 am appointment and get empty 10.30 am. Nice lady at the office and plenty room for backing, clean restroom. No overnight parking at this facility but there is some roadside spots on intersection Highridge park & Keystone blvd (both side of road) , and a little closed road on the right side of Keystone blvd ( before the road turns left) there is good enough room for 2-3 trucks

I remember this place as Sara Lee, back to 2009.
Even though it’s now Tyson (which is typically real slow), I met former Sara Lee associates here.
As it was b4, unloading was fast enough comparing to other Tyson locations.

All procedures still to be the same.
Security guard at entrance checks your temp and seal. Also he calls to shipping/receiving for entrance approval.

Then you drive down to docks. Stop at office. Walk in there. Get your door.
Tandems back, unhook and wait till they call you.

They don’t overnight parking but there’s sunaco truck stop about 5 miles free parking.
