We've been a part of the Red Earth Farm CSA at the Wynnewood pickup site for 5 seasons now, and each season has gotten better. We love the flexibility (and fun!) and getting to choose our veggie share items from what's being harvested each week, in addition to the fresh egg and fruit shares. Last year we extended our veggie share into the fall season for the first time, and loved continuing to pick up our weekly box of local, nutrient-packed vegetables all the way until Thanksgiving. It might sound cheesy (speaking of which, did I mention they offer artisan local cheese shares too?), but we honestly enjoyed Thanksgiving even more this year knowing that several of the dishes on our table came from vegetables grown at Red Earth. Though we've never actually met the farmer and his wife, we feel like we know them and appreciate how tirelessly they work to make sustainably grown, fresh, local food available to many of us in the Philadelphia area.

The Red Earth Farm CSA provides a very diverse selection of beautiful produce. Everything is very fresh and flavorful. This CSA is especially great because you can choose the vegetables you receive each week. They also send a nice newsletter with updates about life on the farm and recipes. There are even opportunities to visit the farm and meet the farmers. Highly recommended!

We have been with Red Earth Farm for over ten years now and will stick with them as long as they continue the CSA. The ability to pick from a large selection, the quality and quantity make it a no-brainer to renew each year. When i go to the grocery store mid-winter and look at the prices and quality of the plastic wrapped veggies that are scrubbed and waxed it makes me yearn for spring when I get my weekly delivery!

About to begin my 4th summer with Red Earth Farm, looking forward to gorgeous, highest quality vegetables, fruits, and yogurt, The best available in the Philadelphia area. Supermarket produce JUST DOESN'T COMPARE! the prices are reasonable, and the baked goods (extras) a real treat. Love yourself and your family? Feed them from Red Earth Farm!
