$128 per hour. $170 for small tractor tire valve stem leaking beet juice. Put in new tube and filled with juice. Just out of warranty. That's a lot to me. Did get it done in 2 days.

This place is great! I recently stopped there for a chain for my Stihl MS360 PRO during a power outage, and the employees were still able to sell me what I needed even when they didn't have power. The employees there are very customer friendly and also very knowledgeable with everything they offer there especially John Deere and Stihl products.

Just bought a new tractor .Excellent experience. I dealt with Bobby Brown. It's refreshing to deal with a family owned company in this day and age. Thanks to Chris, John and Bob in Shrewsbury. Very friendly place. They follow thru with their commitments also. Thanks again Bobby !

Called yesterday to confirm they had a part as my mower broke in middle of cut. “Yes we have it.” Drive there and get “Sorry, we were suppose to have it but don’t, we’ll put a rush on it and have it first thing tomorrow”
Called today at noon to confirm it arrived “Yep, we have it”. Sent my wife to get it, “sorry we were wrong, we don’t have it.”

They just charged to look at a mower that we decided not to repair- after I spent over $150 on yearly service for one I bought from them last year. I asked if they tell people about the charge and they pointed to a service sign posted in the back corner of a side room. They had promised to have the marketing manager call me which never happened. When I got the diagnostic bill it did not even list what was wring with the mower and I had to go back and have them write it in (remember I already paid for a diagnostic).
