These people are totally worthless and don't even waste your time speaking with them because you will only get more frustrated. Tried to have my taxes done by them because I am a regular client of theirs. They would not give me the time of day. I guess I am no longer good enough for them and the owner of the company is a "in love with himself egomaniac." Don't even bother with them because they are not worth it.

They "forgot" to electronically file my income tax and all I got was SORRY. They will rip you off. If I could give them minus stars I would. To be somewhat fair this did happen several years ago. The bad thing was they did the same thing to a neighbor about the same time. Wanted to file a complaint with the BBB and IRS but after checking it found it would not have done me any good.

The entire staff is very friendly & professional; they took their time to explain retirement information to me in a way that I understood & helped me put a plan into effect that I felt comfortable with. IFG is a "wealth" of knowledge:)
