My husband and I recently had our 25 year old landscaping replaced. Starting with our initial consult with Joann to the install with Austin and his crew, everyone was AMAZING! The process was seamless. They came out twice to do herbicide treatments before killing the grass, weeds and ground cover. They were always on time and communication was superb. All of the work was finished in a day! The beds all look stunning! I highly recommend using Cross Creek Nursery for all of your Landscaping needs!

I’ve been going to this place since they’ve open here near my place. They always have a great selection of plants for every season of the year and all are healthy and I never seen it neglected and dying. Yesterday I came to check them out to see what they have for fall plants and I’m so happy that it’s a one stop shop for me for they also have some pumpkins and etc. The prices are pretty good too.

I wanted to surprise my wife for her 60th birthday so, with the help of the friendly staff at the nursery, I purchased 3 beautiful River Birch trees. Not only did they answer all my questions, they helped set up the surprise reveal at the nursery. Their outstanding support didn’t end there but continued with the planting of the trees at the house. They sent a gentleman named Matt to do the planting. He was prompt, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Matt had the trees in place in no time at all and provided me with a much appreciated and outstanding education on some of Virginia’s flora and fauna. Thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We look forward to watching the trees grow.

Staff is great, more than amazing. I have only ever gotten 4 houseplants from here since moving to the area. 3 out of the 4 had bugs. 2 had mealy bugs and 1 had TONS of ants. Maybe if they had a better pest control i would love to come back but for now its a no.

We absolutely love this nursery! The staff is always so friendly and attentive, making sure to ask if we need help with anything as soon as we arrive. Whether we’re buying house plants or bulk firewood, the service is always top-notch.

One of the most charming aspects of this place is the animals. They have three adorable goats and a playful donkey who are clearly well cared for. Visiting them is such a treat, and watching the donkey play with his red ball never fails to bring a smile to our faces.

Honestly, I can’t see why anyone would shop for plants at a big box store when you have this gem right here. It’s not just a shopping trip…it’s an experience!

Purchased a good sized load of plants for my home. Staff was very friendly and helpful when pulling plants. Their inventory was impressive! Lots of good quality plants with better selection than great big green house! Pricing was also very competitive. Will very likely return!
