Chili was real good but pizza sandwich was not good.Price of food was way too high for no more than what you get.Staff was not friendly.Will not eat here again.

It was so nice to sit in a clean, quiet place and eat delicious sandwiches. What a great alternative to "fast food"!

And when my husband forgot his hat -- they found it!

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last!

I decided I would try to sandwiches which were the Italian and the monkey business. I got a free cookie by using the app. I really wanted to like the food here.The meat I hate to say this but I will not be back to any pot belly sandwich shop in the future. The food did not impress over an average place to eat. There are other places in town where I would rather eat.

1st time having potbelly, and it was delicious. Great sandwiches 🥪 👌. Had the wreck sandwich and it was great. Highly recommended.

Great branding made us stop by. There were only about 5 other people in the store. BLTA was a huge disappointment, barely 3 strips of bacon, little avocado, very poor value and presentation for an $8.95 sandwich. The staff seemed bored and very disinterested in the level of service provided.

Food is great. It costs a bit, but it's worth it. The broccoli soup was perfect. The Oreo milkshake was great too. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they still gave me a sub in a bowl so it was nice that they were accommodating.

For the record, I love Potbelly’s, but this location left something to be desired. Staff seemed completely disinterested, messed up both my and my partners orders, honestly seemed like they just weren’t paying attention. Drive-through seems like a good idea but end up just making everything twice as long. Definitely my worst ever experience in a potbelly

Placed an online order for four sandwiches, one was a Mediterranean with no chicken. After arriving home and biting into the Mediterranean, it in fact had chicken in it. Called the restaurant and they offered to replace it. My son went to pick up the replacement and no one was in the restaurant. After waiting several minutes, I called to see if anyone was there and the lady was very rude and said he should go to drive thru and that workers were there. I explained how he was literally in the store and no one was there. Only leaving a review because this is the third time we have had a bad experience.
