Have been doing business with them for years. Was mostly satisfied with the quality and service. Then recently they canceled our subscription with zero notice whatsoever. Completely the wrong way to handle ending their subscription model

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering purchasing from this company. We've had a subscription for a portion of a cow with Seven Hills Food Co. for 2+ years. Today we received an email that effective immediately our subscription was canceled, with no reason as to why. My husband emailed their customer service and he received a pre-drafted, non personal response stating that due to rising costs it's no longer in their best interest to offer subscription services. In addition to this, two of our orders in the last year did not show up on their scheduled delivery day, which my husband took off work to receive. We received no communication from Seven Hills as to where our order was and when/if it would be rescheduled. We only received communication once we reached out to them. Their customer service is severely lacking, so if you value that along with your time, Seven Hills Food Co. is not who you want to do business with.

Sent a steer for processing. Absolutely love how knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring the staff was during our experience. Our beef was fantastic with clear labeling and very VERY clean-looking cuts.

Sending two more steering in about two months for processing. It was a no-brainer to rebook Seven Hills. Very excited to get our next two steers back.
