This winery is a treasure along with the owner. I came away from the tasting much more educated about wine and some history. Give this a try you won't be disappointed. We had a event there so this could be a option for you also.

I absolutely loved my experience at Sweet Vines Winery! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the wines they were serving. The wine selection was fabulous and each pour was delicious. I especially enjoyed the blueberry blend. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with friends. I can't wait to visit again and highly recommend Sweet Vines Winery to anyone looking for a great wine tasting experience. Five stars all the way!

Winemaker / Owner Seidah was engaging, entertaining, and extremely informative. As a 3rd generation winemaker and former principal, her passion, drive and desire to educate others on winemaking and wine tasting were all evident. I visited the winery on a group trip and the tasting was a blast! Not only were the wines delicious, but the popcorn and music pairings elevated the tasting and overall experience.
From the PYT to the TYPO ending with the Big Poppa, there is a wine for every palate. Set on 100 acres, the tasting room feels like a visit to the country to visit relatives and friends. When the remodel is complete the site will be even more welcoming. Grab your friends / family and head to Unionville for a good time with great wine!

Beautiful winery with great wines... If your palate is into sweet and a few dry this the place to go!
SADIE and her crew are amazing..
The guided tasting is one of a kind and there is a story and music behind each bottle!
The property is big and so much to see.. Bring a picnic and blanket to relax and spend a day.. hosted so many events there and she will work with you to make it a success 🙌

My wife and I ventured to the Sweet Vines Farm Winery on multiple occasions. Once by ourselves and the second time with family from out of town. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on each occasion. The owner is very personable and provides a unique experience for visitors during the wine tasting. Did I say “tasting?” Yes, Sweet Vines is one of the few wineries left in Virginia that has a real wine tasting for visitors to purchase. It’s always good to call ahead, since the tasting room gets pretty busy.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable and knew her history not only for the wines but also for the community in which the Vineyard was located. I learned more about winemaking, wine tasting, and pairing than any other wine pwinemakers, ever visited. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!
