First timer to Local Eats. Small country store atmosphere. The two ladies working were very welcoming. Was like being in my moms kitchen when I was a kid. The food was excellent. Someone near us had the pancakes. OMG, huge and smelled so good. We each had an omelette and they were excellent. The eggs were moist, everything was fresh and coffee was good. Worth a giving it a try. Support your Local Businesses.

Stopped by Local Eats on the way to a local cemetery. I knew they sold a locally made tomato sauce that we wanted to try, and the selection of sandwiches included some vegan ones. The sandwich was a tasty wrap that I would definitely want to buy again. Helpful staff and lots of interesting produce and goods to look at while I waited for carryout.

Local eats is so much more than a “convenience “ store! Happened upon this gem of a restaurant while on a road trip…BEST BREAKFAST we’ve had in a long time! Local Eats has a nice variety of locally created & procured food items & artistic treasures from which to choose. Our waitress, Sarah, made us feel right at home & was willing to fill us in on some local history. We’ll definitely be back & hope some of u readers try it soon!

Nice country cafe type of vibe!...felt like the meals were home cooked...large pancakes..real eggs,.great sausage! Small amount of tables would not recommend a large party..fast service... people are friendly had a nice conversation with one of the patrons....my overall experience was a "A One"...will definitely return!

Amy and her staff support local farmers, businesses, and bakers. Their customer service is excellent and the food is delicious. You can get hot breakfast items all day and sandwiches made fresh to order. Stop eating fast food and eat good, local food served with a smile!

The best!!! One of my top 2 fave places in Fluvanna. The best, healthiest, tastiest breakfast and lunch options, great grocery options, local desserts. And the staff is so friendly!
They have the BEST biscuits ever… pair it with sausage egg and cheese, and you’re good to go! I also love their lunch bowls.
Can’t believe some people in Fluvanna don’t know about this place yet.

I ordered ahead when they first opened. I waited 25 minutes beyond time it was suppose to be ready. I got home, they forgot to put some ingredients on my sandwich. I bought 2 vegetarian. The sandwiches were not good at all and bland.I message them. They didn't seem concerned of my missing items. I would have thought they would suggest remaking the sandwich or discount for another time. They were not cordial or sorry. I haven't been back nor will I ever waste my money on bland, expensive sandwiches.

This place is fantastic! I have a lot of severe food allergies, and not only were the staff able to accommodate my allergies, they also had fantastic communication so I knew exactly what steps were being taken to prepare my food safely and avoid any risks of cross contamination. This is the safest I have ever felt eating out somewhere. I also bought some amazing dairy free ice cream here, so exciting! Thank you for the great experience!!!
