They work hard, communicate very well, work with your budget, and the level of service is unbelievable. We bid the project with several groups and chose Augusta, and very glad we did. Our new yard is only a few weeks old but has already changed our family's lives. Look nowhere else!

I would like to highlight 2 very important parts of our experience where I have been more than pleased with Augusta Horticulture. The quality of their work speaks for itself but let me tell you where they really excel... The business side.

1. Communication- They set dates, Keep their word, and communicate any issues or temporary road blocks to their commitment.
2. Service driven - The execution during the project is just as the other reviews state. The highlight of our experience has been the level of care after the project is done and they have been paid. They want us to feel good about the work they have done.

The communication and service has been just as great post project as it was when they were trying to earn our business. Working with Augusta Horticulture has been a breath of fresh air I haven't had in quite a while.

Taylor and his team did an amazing job in our backyard. We did not have a ton of land to work with, but his design and follow through made the space look great. He was up front with pricing and any changes in price. We are very happy with our backyard project!

Augusta renovated my entire back yard in Ross Bridge. They built a flagstone patio with stone fire pit. They also rerouted my sprinkler system, replaced my Bermuda with zoysia, and created incredible flower beds. Taylor and his crew were very professional during each step. If I did not like something, it was corrected. Taylor’s suggestions about the landscaping truly enhanced the beauty and value of my home. The entire project was about two weeks. Augusta workmen were great about cleaning up everyday too. They respected my neighbors property while using some rather heavy equipment. The result is that I have a vacation space in my backyard now and at a reasonable price. Bravo Augusta. I hope you can provide your services to many other lucky customers.

Honest and trustworthy. The owner, Taylor Parsons, is so easy to work with. He gave me an accurate estimate, and he and his crew were very reliable in getting the work done according to schedule. He drew up plans based on what I wanted, and the finished product is even better than I imagined! Highly recommend this company.

Taylor and his crew were fantastic, and all were professional, friendly, and kind (including his wife Allie and their dog Hank!). We are thrilled with the work they did which included addressing drainage issues in the backyard, planting privacy trees on the side, a small paver/patio, timber retaining wall and plantings which beautified an existing retaining wall, plantings around our back porch, new plantings in the front, and beautiful outdoor lighting to show it all off! Taylor communicated well each step of the process. He has a great eye for design, we are so happy with all his suggestions and he is meticulous in his work. You will be so happy you hired Augusta Horticulture!

Our project consisted of drainage, elevated patio area, multiple walls to control water, new fence, sod, grading, etc. Taylor was on time for the initial quote, his quote was itemized so you could see exactly what was being done. Our project grew exponentially bc it seemed like all the issues needed to be addressed at our residence ASAP. I’ll be honest I’m not the easiest person to work with, I’m meticulous, detailed, and on site everyday making sure everything is being addressed the way we had talked about. Taylor has been nothing but understanding of me having a hard time of letting go of control and eased my nerves. He understands that customer service is a crucial part of any business especially a landscape business. He and his crew delivered a product that exceeded my expectations. You can tell that Taylor is building lasting relationships with his clients at a personal level and professional level which sets him apart from other companies. He was manning the machinery and on site 6hrs a day while running multiple crews. Overall, I would recommend him to the moon and back. I’m excited for my next project with him and his crew.
