The owners were incredibly attentive, ensuring that we received the best quality meat. They even went the extra mile by vacuum sealing all the bones to prove it was the entire goat, which was a thoughtful touch, although not necessary because I would trust them as much as I trust my own family. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and greatly appreciated.

One of the most recent standout products they offer is their fresh pet food, made from top-quality beef and organ meats. Our doodle pups absolutely love this ground meat. Knowing that our pets are getting high-quality nutrition is invaluable to us.

The owners are great people that offer exceptional services and products. We purchased half a beef and half a hog from this business. Both the beef and pork are outstanding. These folks go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

The new management are good people... but I had to throw an entire processed steer in the trash after it was processed there and paid them for it. Something in their holding pen must have scared the animal out of its wits before killing it to make the meat pale, soft and exudative after the hang time was complete. The meat was inedible. Our chickens wouldn't even eat it. When cooked, it looked exactly like pork.. I've had a lot of beef processed of the same breed at almost all of the facilities near them and never had the issue before. From their perspective "they did their job". From my perspective, they need a better handling facility or a more gentle handler that doesn't induce fear into the animals before slaughter so no one else is paying 600-700$ for trash.

Love them. Hate that I can’t get in right now because they are so backed up. They are the best we’ve used. So knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us every last scrap of edible meat. I know this because some of it came in tiny portions. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with them.

If you are considering this business to process your beef or hog. DON"T. My family and a neighbor made arrangements to have two hog's slaughtered and dressed with this company. Our hog's weighed in close to 400 pounds apiece. The employees there DID NOT go by our written instructions on how we wanted the meat cut. We received less than 20 percent of the meat from our hog's. When we called to complain, it took them two weeks to return our calls. Finally spoke with owner who refused to do anything over the fact that most of our meat was missing. We are filing a lawsuit against this company. So if you have livestock to be slaughtered, please call another company as this one IS NOT honest.

Wow. Glad I looked on here before using them. Advice to the owners: complaints will happen, it's how you deal with them that matters. Seeing someone threatened with a law suit because they listed a bad review on here tells me all I need to hear. Good luck. And in case you want to sue me too, my attorney's number is 1-800-get-overit.
