Had EGD performed here, I’m always nervous for procedures but staff and the environment here were so comforting that I dozed off in preop twice! Everyone was so nice! This is my second time here and they are second to none!

I was scheduled to have a procedure to remove my kidney stone and I was extremely anxious about the entire thing. My anesthesiologist (she said her name was Corey) was so personable and sweet! She reassured me I would be just fine and I would not die! I have a 7 month old baby that needs me so I was super afraid of being put to sleep. I liked Dr. Corey so much. All the nurses I interacted with were so nice. They thought it was funny how I don’t take ANY prescriptions/medications/supplements. Nope! And my BP was 110/71 and I said that was high for me, but the nurse said it was perfect. I even insisted the IV be in my arm because it hurts so bad in my hand. It gave me a panic attack right before I had my cesarean surgery. The nurse who did my IV was really careful and gentle, I didn’t even feel a thing. Dr. Spires is super cool, he came to talk to me before, during and after my procedure. Surprisingly it was cancelled because the kidney stone is gone! Or it found a really good hiding spot. So excited to get another CT scan! Not 🙁 either way, if I have to come back I won’t be disappointed! If you can request Dr. Corey as your anesthesiologist YOU SHOULD! They even offer you coffee while you’re in the observation area. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From entering to leaving, I had the best, most friendly and comforting care. The entire staff from reception to discharge was amazing. Although I have to give a huge applause to Jennifer, she is one amazing nurse even though I was her problem patient of the day.. I would definitely not hesitate to have any procedures there. Thank you to an amazing staff

Hands down.....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My daughter had a colonoscopy on Mon. She said she was not sedated enough and could feel the doctor with the instrument. Next day, she broke out in a skin condition from the anesthesia. Reported BOTH PROBLEMS to a live person, LUCY, and left a voicemail for NURSE FLO. NOONE HAS RETURNED OUR PHONECALL OR VOICEMAIL. It's been TWO DAYS.
Tried to call MULTIPLE TIMES TODAY.
NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?
WHO IS IN CHARGE UP THERE?
Completely unprofessional, uncalled for and unethical.

Staff here was absolutely amazing. They were caring and compassionate, from preprocedure throughout post operative. I can not remember anyone's name after my procedure, but I did have Karen for pre-op. The whole team here and Dr.Fridleys team were absolutely great.

Check in was seamless. Good care pre-op. Surgery lasted 1 hour which was normal. Woke up in pain which the nurses quickly administered the appropriate pain drug.

Opportunities in chronological order:
My ride was an hour away which was explained before hand in the check in process. The nurse forgot to call them until I inquired if they had been contacted.
I was told I would be able to do normal duties starting Monday (surgery was Friday)and there was no need for an excused for work note. As of Monday, I still could not walk and am still in substantial pain. I called off work without an excused note. I went into work Tuesday, in pain and can hardly walk. I have to sit with my pants unbuttoned at my desk because the incision is on the waste line. I tried calling the office to give my condition and the nurse that took my call couldn’t give 2 craps. She couldn’t wait to get off that call. I was trying to tell her what I’m struggling with and she just says that’s normal - keep on the ice. I am writing this to give future patients a call out that this place does not care about you post operation. Nor do they give an enough recovery period post operation.
