I called last minute, they were closing soon. I needed a bouquet ASAP. Went there and the owner (I assume) was willing to work with my budget and flowers that I wanted. Superb customer service. Ordered online from another state.

Requested a delivery confirmation and not only did they let me know, the delivery driver called to make sure that she had the correct address. Then she said she called me instead of the recipient just in case it was supposed to be a surprise. I explained the situation and she was willing to hold the delivery for a few hours or deliver to a back up address. But everything worked out and I am very pleased with Beacon Woods Florist!
